The Team Leaders at Social Care Alba recently gathered to discuss and address the various challenges faced by staff and service users. Following comprehensive supervision sessions and performance reviews of all staff members, the meeting provided a platform to address issues and strengthen our commitment to quality care.
Starting April, National Insurance rates for employees will drop to 8%, increasing take-home pay, while wages for Personal/Senior Assistants will rise to £12 per hour, replacing prior agreements. Other role reviews will follow performance evaluations.
