Welcome to your new role
Your job will include providing individual care and support to people in their own homes. Maintaining personal files and acting as key worker to service users. This includes cleaning, washing and dressing, providing meals and maintaining community links.
You may also assist people with continence promotion, catheter care, stoma care, peg feeding, administering medication, oral health and moving and assisting.
You will bring:
- A passion for delivering the best possible care and support
- A qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to undertake one
- Skills and experience in supporting others
