Starting in 2025, we’re introducing the Performance Score — a live, real-time measure of your performance out of 100. It tracks key areas like policy knowledge, attendance, time with service users, and punctuality. Your score is always available to discuss with your Team Leader, promoting growth and recognising excellence year-round.

Workforce support and training

Workforce is the tool SCA uses for all recruitment and HR. Log in at app.netli.co with your unique username and password to view your account and manage things like training, supervisions and annual leave (see above).

Using the Workforce Knowledge Base

There is a dedicated help section with articles, videos and guides to get you started. From here you can also submit a support ticket if you need assistance.
