This is what the team says

“Working as a Team Leader in SCA has been one of my greatest achievements.  I have been encouraged and supported to grow and develop, gaining new skills, experience and qualifications.  Working in the role for over 3 years now, I have learned to be assertive and confident.  As a team we work to achieve the highest standards”

“Starting with very limited experience in care, the support that was offered throughout improved my confidence and abilities.   My work is so rewarding, the people I visit all have different lives and stories to tell, my colleagues are fantastic and supportive, but most importantly for me, I feel like I am positively contributing back to society.”

“I have worked as an Administrator in Social Care Alba for over 8 years.  My job is exciting and demanding as no 2 days are alike.  You learn all about the people we support and how we can work together. At Social Care Alba you are treated like a family member, with great opportunities to learn and advance within the company.”

“When I applied for the personal assistant position I thought it would be only a temporary thing until I find a better job. To my surprise I actually did enjoy it. And I still do. Through this years with SCA I’ve met amazing people, clients as well as colleagues. Best of all, I gained a lot of experiences and skills. ”

“Working as a team leader allows you to not only see the issues that crop up in the community but also follow through on how to solve them. We ensure that it is safe for service users to stay in their own homes and oversee that everything runs smoothly, for both carers and service users.”
