Continence Care Training April

Led by Kunhameena, our Team Leader, our recent continence care session was designed to equip team members with the essential knowledge and skills needed to support individuals with dignity and professionalism. The training covered key areas such as the correct use of continence products, hygiene best practices, and the emotional aspects of providing care.

Through hands-on demonstrations and open discussions, participants gained practical experience and valuable insight—ensuring they feel confident and well-prepared to deliver compassionate, person-centred support not only at the beginning of their roles, but throughout their time with Social Care Alba.
